Apparently injecting fat into the foot can help stop Plantar Fasciitis! Normally we prescribe--rest, ice, warming, elevation, insoles, orthotics, cushioned shoes, stopping ( running; standing too long; walking too much), pain killers, steroid injection, ultrasound, laser therapy, strapping, massage, stretching and finally surgery!
