Single booking
All our podiatrists are HCPC registered. in fact did you know you can verify this prior to treatment here ( https://www.hcpc-uk.org/check-the-register/).
Be mindful that appointment times may not be exact owing to traffic and delays at other clients. So please be patient with our chiropodists.
Multiple bookings
We offer discounts for group bookings in the same property. Clients booking more than one patient per household per appointment save us in some costs and these are passed on to the client.

Care home or similar
We deal with care homes all the time. Again, savings are passed onto clients where groups of patients are booked. Owing to the complexity of caseloads, please speak to the podiatrist about this once they have been to assess and treat patients.

Patient management agreements
Where you agree to multiple visits, we provide a full patient management service and can attend at short notice for emergencies at no extra cost. If this is abused, however, we reserve the right to request payment to compensate us for costs incurred.
All patients are assessed to ascertain foot health status. This then determines the likely frequency of visits required to maintain foot health.
We'll provide assessments for all clients initially. We can annually assess all your diabetic patients, if requested. We'll provide necessary foot health and footwear surveillance. So we monitor skin changes as well as circulatory and neurological issues to provide us with indicators as to the status of your clients foot health. We'll warn you to alter the foot environment to avoid causing harm to your clients. Receipts will normally be printed afterwards and emailed or posted to your organisation.
You can verify visiting podiatrists credentials
All our podiatrists are trained at university. They then have to be registered by the HCPC-the Health and care professions council. They have to undertake continuous professional development and uphold high standards of care.

Card, cash, cheque, bank transfer,,,your choice
We accept card payment, cash or bank transfer. If you wish, please request a receipt after treatment and this will be posted or emailed to you. If you prefer to have the receipt on the day, please inform us beforehand so that we can print this with your details on it and hand it to you on the day, after treatment.
